First of all, please accept my sincere words of gratitude for the material that you published in the magazine a year ago about the PERSONAL automated workplace program that I developed. The feedback received allowed me to make sure that the proposed way to improve educational and psychological work in the army was correct. In addition, Orientir made me richer, introduced me to interesting people and like-minded people. I received more than 30 letters from the troops, sent more than 20 parcels, received feedback - all this brought great moral satisfaction from the realization of the usefulness of the work spent. This is a good symptom of the fact that, despite the difficult situation, there are still people in the army who are not indifferent to the chosen path of practical psychologists. The letters came not only from those who are directly involved in psychological support of military activities, but also from unit commanders, military commissars, and graduate cadets. All this shows how serious the problem of educational work in the current army is. Unfortunately, there were practically no reports from officials above the regiment. This suggests a disappointing conclusion about the growing gap between higher and lower-ranking officers in the army.

With your help, I got acquainted by correspondence with a very interesting person, a professional, captain of the 1st rank Sergey V. Kuznetsov, a psychologist of the Northern Fleet from Severomorsk. He has a lot of experience in social and psychological work, so it was all the more important for me that his assessments of the 9-month work with ARM were evaluated.

I am pleased to inform you that our professional activity has been filled with new content - social and psychological work in subordinate units. In short, I was not disappointed in my expectations, and you helped me a lot in solving special issues... " - these are excerpts from his letter. Sergey Vasilyevich sent me a detailed analysis of the operation of the computer system with important and useful comments and suggestions for improving the ARMA. I am very grateful to him.

I was also pleased to receive a letter from the commander of the b5240 military unit from the Tula region with the following words: "At present, psychological work in the unit is organized on the basis of your recommendations set out in the" Handbook of a Military psychologist-practice "published at the Military University under the editorship of Major General P. Korchemny..." (I would like to I want it to be published, but in fact this book was made by me, self-published! - S. P.)

The geography of the letters is very different, they were written from the Far East, from Dagestan, from Kaliningrad and the Moscow region. My own experience of working with ARM at the school showed good opportunities for its application in the practice of educational work with cadets. But emails have been coming less frequently lately, and improving the ARMA is impossible due to the lack of programmers who worked on the program with me while studying in Moscow.
