The Problems of the Neutron Universe were discussed in detail in the Neutron Universe Hypothesis. The state of matter must be studied from the point of view of the expediency of its functioning in the process of expansion in the universe.      The main postulate of the expanding Universe is that the universe began to expand from a Neutron object. Initially, the neutron object rotated, as is typical of any nuclear object consisting of neutrons. One of the physical parameters that keep the core from disintegrating is the fine structure constant.  The value of the speed of light in this equation is the potential interaction of this neutron object/ One of the main questions is-what forces are expanding the Universe? Hidden mass and hidden energy? Then there must be some plausible hypothesis of these entities. The Neutron Universe hypothesis has the physical essence of explaining the expansion of the Universe.                     We are responsible to eternity.
